It watches the places work arrives: shared inboxes, web forms, chat channels and your CRM. Every new item is read in full, not just filtered by subject line.

It sorts each item by what it needs, using your rules and last year's decisions. Anything unusual goes to a person with a one-line reason attached.

It does the work in the tools you already use: drafts the emails, updates the records, books the time. Every action is logged and can be undone for 30 days.
